Alice Terry

9:30PM
blues, jazz, Country
(Sydney, nsw)
Sydney's First Lady Of Blues
Alice Terry has the kind of voice you can’t ignore.  Powerful and emotive, gritty and intense, Alice Terry’s vocals evoke classic singers like Janis Joplin – the kind of singers who leave it all out on the stage. Alice began singing at seventeen, quickly being booked for gigs like Narooma Blues, Thredbo Blues and Moruya Jazz Festivals. She released her debut single ‘Emotion’ and debut LP ‘The Fear Of’ in 2018, both of which immediately charted in the iTunes Blues charts.

In the wake of great notices for her debut, Terry supported acts like Allen Stone, Beth Hart, Matt Corby, The Waifs and Thirsty Merc, and has performed as a vocalist for Matt Corby, Tina Arena, James Morrison, Thirsty Merc and many more.

Alice Terry is a showstopping event, a comedienne and an incredible vocalist.

American blues singer and Grammy nominee Beth Hart described Alice Terry as ‘the real deal’, and we agree."

Luke Escombe

folk, blues, Rock, Pop, Comedy
(Sydney, nsw)
Luke is renowned for his ability to communicate serious messages with seriously fun music

Luke Escombe is an ARIA-nominated singer-songwriter who combines his blues, rock and soul influences with outrageously funny lyrics and charismatic storytelling. He allegedly owns "Sydney's sexiest man voice" - a title he won in a competition on a popular radio station – though he doesn’t like to mention this unless absolutely necessary. Luke is the creator of the internationally acclaimed one-man musical comedy show "Chronic" and the writer and frontman of multi award-winning Aussie kids band The Vegetable Plot. He was once described in the Sydney Morning Herald as "a rock-soul singer, storyteller, blistering blues guitarist, comedian and songwriter....and very good at them all".
